Agentica by Daito — Client Acquisition Engine
MAXSYSTEMS × DAITO DESIGN

Client Acquisition Proposal · Confidential

A repeatable acquisition engine for Agentica by Daito.

A front-end funnel that liquidates its own ad spend, fills your calendar with problem-aware SMB owners, and hands your closer qualified calls — so the big bespoke automation builds become the profit, not the whole business.

The opportunity

Daito's enterprise work — the Shell-grade, control-room, six-figure engagements — is world-class but erratic and impossible to scale. It can't be a steady drip. The agentic age is the same land rush the web was in the '90s: every small-to-mid business now needs automation and has no idea how to build it. That's a predictable, repeatable market Daito can own.

The goal of this system is not to replace the whale hunts. It's to build a steady pipeline underneath them — recurring MRR and a low-stress, in-and-out project flow (the "$40K copper-forge" client, systematized) that gives the organization a cash-flow floor and constant market visibility. You manage what you measure; this makes the pulse predictable.

02

Positioning & target market

Launch under a sub-brand — Agentica by Daito (agentica.daitodesign.com) — so the SMB automation offer never confuses an enterprise buyer, while keeping every ounce of Daito's brand equity and search credibility. Buyers Google before they buy; the Daito banner is the trust that closes them.

Primary niche

Professional services

Legal, accounting, financial services, insurance, real estate — high paperwork, high margin, deep inefficiency, and the largest addressable market for fast feedback.

Secondary niche

Blue-collar & logistics

Trucking, industrial, mechanical — traditional operators with compliance and paperwork pain, no IT department, and a clear lead-gen need.

Fit profile

$1M–$10M revenue

Big enough for real overhead worth automating, small enough to move fast. Spend of 2–5% on marketing/automation clears the threshold where the ROI math works.

03

Offer architecture

The whole model turns on a two-tier offer: a low-friction front end that gets the hook in and earns trust, and a bespoke back end where the real revenue lives. Advertising to a cold audience with a $50K build is a brutal sell; a sharp front-end offer is not.

04

The acquisition system

What MaxSystems builds, runs, and maintains for the pilot — a complete call funnel plus the CRM and AI infrastructure behind it. You focus on product and fulfillment; the pipeline runs itself.

01

Call funnel & landing page

Video-driven landing page and booking flow — an animated explainer that sets expectations, shows proof, and books qualified calls.

02

Meta ads, built & managed

Full-funnel Meta advertising with retargeting, targeting problem-aware SMB owners. 5–10 fresh creatives per week, written, produced, and optimized.

03

CRM & lead-intake automation

End-to-end lead capture, routing, and pipeline tracking so no booked call slips and every lead is measured.

04

AI appointment setter

Automated speed-to-lead follow-up that qualifies and books inbound leads onto the closer's calendar around the clock.

05

Text & email nurture flows

Automated SMS + email sequences that drive show-rate, revive no-shows, and warm leads toward the front-end close.

06

Newsletter

A recurring newsletter that keeps Agentica top-of-mind across the list and compounds authority over the term.

05

Division of responsibility

A clean split: MaxSystems owns demand generation and the tech stack; Daito owns the human close and the fulfillment that makes the offer real.

Rollout

Product and back-office readiness come first — we don't pull the trigger on spend until the offer can be delivered.

Next steps

Craft the product, then open the pipeline.

01

Jared runs this by the Daito team and locks the front-end product & who staffs the setter/closer roles.

02

We finalize the Agentica offer, messaging, and 3-month scope, then countersign.

03

MaxSystems builds the system; ads launch once fulfillment is confirmed ready.
